1. Services Provided
I offer a variety of graphic design and video editing services, including but not limited to:

Logo design, branding, and visual identity
Social media content design
Video editing, color correction, and motion graphics
Promotional videos, advertisements, and animations
Consultation and creative direction
A detailed description of the services, including any deliverables, will be agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

 

2. Project Scope and Deliverables
The scope of each project will be clearly defined before work begins, including:

Specific deliverables (e.g., logos, video edits, final files)
Timeline for completion
The number of revisions included
Any additional services (e.g., stock images, licensing, etc.)
Any work beyond the initial agreement or outside the project scope will incur additional charges.

 

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate completion of your project, you agree to:

Provide clear project instructions, briefs, and any necessary materials (e.g., images, video footage, logos).
Respond promptly to any requests for feedback or approval during the project.
Provide accurate information regarding project deadlines or special requirements.

 

4. Revisions and Changes
I offer [insert number] rounds of revisions for each project. After the initial revisions, additional changes may be subject to extra charges.

Revisions are defined as minor changes or adjustments to the existing design or video edit. Major changes, such as new concepts or complete overhauls, may require a new quote or contract.

7. Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your business information. All materials provided by you will be used solely for the project and will not be shared with third parties without your permission. However, I reserve the right to include the final deliverables in my portfolio and promotional materials.

 

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel a project, the deposit will be forfeited, and any completed work up to that point will remain the property of the designer.
If I am unable to complete the project for any reason, I will refund any payments made for work not yet completed.

 

9. Limitation of Liability
I will provide my Services with reasonable skill and care. However, I am not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered work, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

10. Governing Law
